This app is really helpful to getting people off their phones, especially teenagers. The app motivates people to stay off their phones for certain periods of times to get  rewards! Me and my friends absolutely love this app! I know a lot of people are addicted to their phones and this helps to break the habit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
