I really wanted had good hopes for Loomly, but between this issue and the issue on the computer of trying to actually get clear details as to why something has not been published, seems to be nearly impossible. Hope they can sort it before we make our switch end of month, but doubtful. :-/ ### 3/5 — Web Version Much Better *2023-04-13* The app works, but it’s more laborious than it needs to be. The web version is smooth, easy to work with and edit. The mobile version is buggy and overall not a great user experience. Calendar view, updating and editing posts, marking things for review and reviewing feedback are all not as streamlined as it is online. Plus, I’ve run into multiple bugs and glitches randomly where the app just doesn’t work and there’s no way around it. It can be useless in those moments. ### 3/5 — Too many bugs *2023-02-28, version 2.8.0* Great app over all but it still has quite a lot of bugs. A lot of times the manual publishing just doesn’t load. Also, it’s hard to see which posts go live on which platform on which day as there’s no ungroup feature for the app. ### 2/5 — Low quality app good service *2022-12-04* We really like the service but I am constantly ask you log back into this app. It's a pain. ### 2/5 — Issues *2022-05-14, version 2.4.4* It’s cheaper than hootsuite but not as good. Posts get hidden, you’re invisible. The app doesn’t work as well; it’s got issues. I get notified for a story to post and if I don’t press the button to post it immediately, the notification goes away and I can’t post through the app. I gotta download the story and post it fresh. But the app is a different story, it needs a lot of attention. Main reason is you can not toggle from the app to another app and return without be thrown into some bizarre no-man's land of tutorials. This is crazy. I just want to go an edit a pic and return and the app doesn't support it. I’m a one man band and don’t have the luxury of people managing my social media platforms. This is why Loomly is so convenient for me. It was recommended to me on a course that I took and it is so easy to use. It now connects with Canva, which is really great as I can export the images straight over. It’s very well priced and I recommend it to anybody using and scheduling their social media posts. ### 5/5 — Great Product - feedback *2022-11-24, version 2.7.3* Overall great product with constant updates, the lacking side is the app for ios don't seem to ever change or get updates and is still very minimal. Making the app similar to web controls would make is 10/5 ### 5/5 — Life saver *2022-08-05* I manage 12 businesses’ socials, and most have many platforms. It used to be so hectic to keep up with it all but Loomly is AMAZING. I tell my boss all the time it was the best investment to the company he’s ever made😂 I’ve had it over a year now and they update things all the time which is great. There’s always a new fun feature. I also have to brag on their customer service. They’re so quick to respond and extra helpful. ### 5/5 — Best tool for social media managers *2020-11-18* This is the easiest platform to use if you’re looking for something to manage each client’s multiple accounts. First you pick the intended publish date & time, then you select the channels (for mine it’s mostly FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn), then you write/upload the generic content you want on each. Then you tailor the content for each channel. I never even had to use a tutorial. It is the best, one of my clients had me start using it for them and now I told my other clients about it too, haha. ### 5/5 — Best social media content approval and scheduler on the market *2019-01-24* Have been using Loomly for my Marketing team for over 12 months now and very pleased with all the features and updates. Loomly has enabled us to install a more effective and streamlined content approval process for all things social. I will say the interface for editing each platform is kind of confusing if you’re not aware that the toggle is at the top. I wish it could post more than 1 pic to Instagram. ### 3/5 — Works, but glitchy *2023-07-19* I use this scheduling platform as a social media manager. It works, and I enjoy the workflow features to use as my team! The one issue that I always run into is that it constantly logs you out. It logs me out of the app on my phone every day, so I don’t receive app notifications on my phone. This makes it very frustrating, and it doesn’t even save your password, so you have to fully login each time you want to use it on your phone.
