I really wish apps like this would dedicate LESS time to marketing and more time to functionality and ease of use. This app doesn’t solve any problems. It creates problems because it’s just a glorified png hub with ai built in. Has potential but is marketed for more than what it is

This app is ridiculously expensive. Basically $200/year (but they charge you $3.99 WEEKLY) for things that you can mostly do in Canva. It’s also really hard to navigate and operate. I tried it for a couple of things but I’ll be sticking with Canva for now; especially if the price doesn’t decrease.

Can’t do anything without paying for it!

I signed up for the FREE TRIAL and you guys immediately charged me for A YEAR!! 
I just read other comments that are exactly the same and let me tell you THAT is HORRIBLE SERVICE. People work very hard for every penny they have and for you to just blatantly take it at will and hide behind emails and ghost people after taking their money is TERRIBLE.

Before any subscription is activated, Apple always displays its standard system screen showing all subscription details – including the price, billing period, and exact charge date. A subscription can only be activated after confirmation through your Apple ID.

It’s also important to note that Loomy does not have access to your card details and cannot charge users or manage subscriptions directly – all payments are processed exclusively by the App Store.

If you have questions about a charge or would like to request a refund, you’ll need to contact Apple Support directly, as they are responsible for all transactions and can review your specific case.

Just downloaded and it is not user friendly.  No wonder we just get a few days to use it for free.  Wouldn’t be able to figure it out in that time given.

Eu fui cobrada no meu último dia de teste grátis, antes mesmo que concluísse o período gratuito. Gostaria de ser ressarcida pois já fiz o cancelamento da assinatura. Aguarda as medidas cabíveis.
