Loomy360 puts your whole business in your pocket. It's the mobile companion to your Loomy360 workspace, so the leads, clients, tasks, projects, and invoices you manage on the web are always with you. Sign in with your Loomy360 account and pick up right where you left off - no setup, no re-entering data. Everything stays in sync with your team. WHAT YOU CAN DO Leads - See your whole pipeline, search and filter by stage, and open any lead for the full picture. Move a lead forward or drop a quick note the moment something changes in the field. Clients - Browse every customer, tap to call, email, or map their address, and keep your notes current between visits. Tasks - Your daily to-do list, front and center. Filter to just your tasks, check off work, change status or priority, and add a comment your team sees instantly. Overdue work is flagged so nothing slips. Projects - Track every project's status, health, budget, milestones, and open tasks at a glance. Invoices - See what's been billed and what's still owed, with the balance due on every invoice so you always know where your money stands. You no longer have to open the app to find out something needs you. A notification arrives when a task is assigned to you, when someone mentions you, when a new chat message comes in, when a lead is shared with you, when you are invited to a meeting, and when a ticket is assigned to you. Tap one and it opens straight to the thing it is about. Your existing notification settings still decide what reaches you — turning a category off in the app turns it off here too. Your phone's own notification settings work as usual, so you can silence Loomy360 from Settings at any time. Signing out, or switching to a different workspace, stops that account's notifications on this phone immediately. This version requires iOS 15 or later. ### 1.36.4 — 2026-08-13 Fixed: the app no longer offers buttons your account is not allowed to use. If your role can edit a task but not delete it, the Delete button is now simply gone instead of showing an error when you tap it. The same applies to editing a task, changing its status or priority, marking it complete, assigning people, adding a new task, and dragging cards on the task board. Comments and checklists are unchanged — everyone who can open a task can still use those.
