Will text you 20 times in a row at all hours ### 1/5 — Worst broker *2026-03-02, version 3.4.4* They cut your rate no matter what such a scammer. ### 1/5 — Unsafe *2025-12-27, version 3.4.3* ITS Loop never worked properly and ITS employees make US roads unsafe by constantly texting, calling, and harassing Commercial Drivers while they are driving. They keep threatening drivers with fines if they don't keep reopening and fixing this APP. ITS should be investigated by USDOT. They will cause deadly crashes. ### 1/5 — Worst Broker *2025-07-23, version 3.4.1* ITS used to be a reliable and professional broker, but they’ve turned into a predatory operation. You can’t count on getting the rate you agreed on—somehow they always find a way to cut it down. Once that happens, they stop picking up calls and ignore your emails. It’s now standard practice for them to squeeze the smaller carriers. Tavion and others like him wait until you’ve submitted the BOL, then deduct whatever amount they feel like from the rate confirmation. Best to keep them at the bottom of your broker list and only work with them when you have no other options. ### 1/5 — Carrier *2025-01-30* App lacks consistency, need to keep app open and refresh more often. Updating takes long, uploading documents and photos, longer. App reflects ITS as a company, both ends of the spectrum. Great brokers like Rylan B, or a blood sucking like Max Martinez. ### 1/5 — How do you delete off of iPhone? *2023-11-26, version 2.2* It’s like they made this app to not be able to delete it? It also auto turns on location and fitness tracker after you turn them off. It’s almost like they want to track you exactly and find out where you are going before or after so they can find customers to prospect. Shady ### 1/5 — The app needs to be fixed *2023-09-28, version 2.2* Can ITS fix their app? Truckers are required to do PTI and upload pics. Allow us to select multiple photos at once instead of choosing one picture at a time. Also, the brokers always say the tracking isn’t working even tho the phone is set to always share the location. Happens to another friend of mine as well. It’s not the driver’s fault ### 1/5 — Worst tracking app *2022-07-12, version 2.0.1* Not a useful app ### 2/5 — Just deal with it *2020-05-05, version 1.0* This app it’s just a GPS load tracking. Can’t do nothing else with it. No documents uploads. Get the app, Subscribe your Phone #, Track the load. Finished the load, Delete the app till you get another load thru ITS.
