Making an account was easy, so was scanning the item I was returning in store. A few days later the deposit was confirmed and the money was withdrawn to my account within just a few minutes of the request. Lots of parts that could go wrong in the process but so far it’s working great and that makes me more comfortable continuing to use loop in general. Only small thing I would say is the app seems to log me out quite regularly, but it’s easy to log in again. ### 5/5 — Smooth & Easy to use *2021-10-23* Super easy to use. Contacted customer service on 2 November who informed me it was an incorrect password . Not convinced as I had only just created the account!!! Next problem - to reset your password you need to open the email in the device the app is on. I don’t do emails on my phone. Further emails to Customer Service stating this, the last one on 2 December and no response!!!!
