Usually, they are prompts to buy sugar and fat products, but really, telling me to contact my senator to support your corporate agenda is too much ### 1/5 — Scammy - you’re luck if it doesn’t work *2025-04-16, version 42.00.05* It took many tries to get the app to start, as it is extremely buggy. The interface is flashier and harder to understand than the most complicated casino machine. It’s worse than temu in annoying users. There doesn’t seem to be any way to see purchase history and redemption is difficult. My advice: save your soul and forgo the discounts. ### 1/5 — Trash app doesn’t work *2025-01-16, version 42.00.05* This app never works I never get credit for the items I purchased I never get the free promotional items and the clerks never speak English so they don’t have a clue why it’s not working but hey at least they have a job right? This company should be investigated by ICE ### 1/5 — Unusable app on smaller phones *2024-10-20* This app is completely useless on smaller phone devices like the iPhone 13 mini. In order to use the app, it asks me to enter a phone number. But I can't see the phone number entered. The app can't display the full page on the iPhone 13 mini, I can only see the top half of the page. I enter a phone number, but can't see the text entered (bottom of page is hidden), and try to submit it, but it's nothing happens. No error messages are displayed. Could you please fix? Thank you. ### 1/5 — App and Customer Service is Bad *2024-07-31, version 40.02.05* I had the carwash subscription until I had to replace my credit card due to fraud. My subscription ended when my month was up and my card got decline. It worked fine during that time - didnt work at one location once. I was hoping to continue my subscription but there is no way to change payment info. I tried deleting my account and recreating one but when recreating it says there is still an account associated with my phone number. So currently seems there is no way to delete you account. I’ve tried calling and says its unavailable. Sending a message through their website doesnt work either. Also truthfully $30/month for an express car was subscription seems a little much to me. At my location the express wash is $9 for a single wash. If have to wash your car at least every week for any of their subscriptions to make sense. But that’s subjective and obviously this subscription makes sense for those that want to wash their car frequently and that’s who this subscription was probably made for. ### 1/5 — PHANTOM CARWASH *2024-06-21, version 40.02.05* I bought a ONE MONTH subscription for a car wash a day. OVER 40.00 and THIS APP IS BROKEN. 40.00 in the hole and you will get ZERO car washes because for the last month (writing this as if JUNE 20) their servers have been down. Please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR unless you want to waste your time and money with the LOOP BANDITS. They will not refund you and no one in their stores can offer me a free car wash as a concession to the app being down; instead they simply think I don’t know how to use my phone. do not buy any subscriptions off this app. You’re buying car washes that don’t exist ### 1/5 — No support *2024-06-07, version 40.02.05* It is impossible to have any support from the app. I am having to purchase any car wash from the app. I emailed the support. I went to get gas and carwash as my usual at this store but by the time I can almost all or half of its pumps has out of order signs or no signs at all and isn’t working. I could it get gas on two pumps, what it’s the manager doing sleeping or he’s just not doing his job to call for service and have it’s fix and run the business and serve the community in the area by having a working pump station, clean exterior and interior because outside looks very dirty or it looks like trash, not well maintained exterior, by far it’s the dirtiest gas station in the nearby if you just observe other gas station or even worst the dirtiest loop store I’ve been yo in the Bay Area! It needs to start from the manager, I believe, having a good or great manager to manager a well known store like Loop. The only exception that well deserve to visit or at least recognize is the employee named Martha there that has been their for a long time. Not recommended to visit for people who seeks for great and quality customer service! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cant access subscription or cancel *2026-08-10, version 43.01.00* Although this app worked for a couple months, the car wash tab hasn’t been functioning at all lately. There’s no way to cancel once enrolled in the subscription because the app bugs out when attempting to navigate. App is updated to the latest version and I already restarted phone/redownloaded/etc. Calling customer service goes straight to voicemail. Nobody replies to any emails. ### 1/5 — Not easy to use *2026-03-28, version 43.01.00* Does not offer easy access to account when you purchase a subscription. I can’t find the beverage subscription I PAID FOR, it only shows a car wash one. ### 1/5 — BOTS *2025-12-08, version 43.01.00* What’s the point in having “first 100 people” events/giveaways when your app is INFESTED with bots. 🤣 This Dec1st-24th Christmas giveaway is pointless. I click the notification split second first thing 8am in the morning and it says “sorry! Try again later” as if the spots are all claimed 🤣🤣🤣 uninstall the app guys. Don’t believe me? Some establishments fail to provide adequate drying services, resulting in water marks on vehicles. Additionally, outdated equipment can cause scratches to the paint finish. Furthermore, these establishments engage in the sale of personal information, leading to an influx of unwanted calls and texts. Additionally, employees exhibit rudeness, unhelpfulness, and unprofessional conduct. Consequently, I strongly advise against patronizing such car washes. ### 1/5 — Scam app!!!! *2025-07-27, version 42.00.05* I signed up for this app due to the car wash feature. You were supposed to be able to pay for a car wash and get a QR code. The only problem is the car wash machine has no way to scan it and the numerical code didn’t work. I’ve called them and emailed them and got zero response. Meanwhile, I was charged $11.99 through my bank. I would avoid this app. They clearly do not care about customers and the fact they provide you something to pay which isn’t compatible with their services is very dishonest. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-06-25, version 42.00.05* Registered my number a couple of times now but nothing works. Waste of time. ### 1/5 — Terrible - Deals aren’t even in the app *2025-06-21, version 42.00.05* I downloaded this in the store because I saw a deal advertised for an item I was going to buy. I took the time to set up an account and when I went to checkout, I couldn’t find the deal in the app. There is no search feature, the QR code on the advertised deal just leads to the App Store, and even the cashier couldn’t figure out how to activate the deal for me. Awful experience. ### 1/5 — Stop spamming me to turn on notifications. *2025-06-07, version 42.00.05* App does the job, but stop spamming me every time I open the app to turn on notifications for your coupons and such, I don’t care for them, I want them off. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Our Favorite Gas Station and Convenience Store! *2024-07-11, version 40.02.05* The location in Temecula on Margarita Road that’s in the Palomar Village Shell is absolutely amazing and everyone who works there are so friendly and helpful that it’s now the only place we go to get cigarettes as well as gas when we are in town. They changed it from a much smaller Shell station that technically accepted the Loop rewards card but it was usually not working, and they built a brand new and much larger convenience store at that Shell station and they even have a separate fried chicken chain inside the store that the cashiers will occasionally offer us free items from when they’ve made too much and they carry all kinds of neat stuff there now so we love it! The chicken we just recently tried and we won’t be buying that for sure but the other side dishes were pretty good and the service is above and beyond amazing! Whoever is in charge of this location had done an incredible job hiring as we’re always so impressed by how helpful and generous they are with the chicken meals but unfortunately the snacks are don’t usually buy because they’re much expensive then the grocery store.
