## What is Loop?

OPUS Loop is a simple meditation timer and sound player.. No subscription. No account. Set up your presets, build your library, and practice however you want. Forever.

**What it is**

It's a customizable tool for meditation, deep work, prayer or whatever ritual centers you. 

Underneath that simplicity, OPUS Loop allows you to build unlimited presets, each with its own soundtrack, bell configuration, background visuals, and reminder schedule. Set them up once. Switch between them with a swipe. They're yours to keep.

**What it isn't**

It doesn't sell content. It doesn't pretend to improve your life. It's a tool, and tools work best when they stay out of the way. OPUS Loop doesn't teach you how to meditate, but does include a list of free online resources that you can learn from. 

**Your library, your way**

Import guided meditations, mantras, or music from your files or iCloud Drive. Use Apple Music tracks or playlists or use the built-in procedurally generated soundscapes: binaural beats (2Hz, 4Hz, 10Hz, 20Hz), white noise, pink noise, brown noise, dark noise. Or just sit in silence.

- Apple Health: Toggle tracking mindful minutes on or off
- Apple Watch: start, pause, and track sessions from your wrist
- Mind & Body mode: Track your Heart Rate during meditation or any other mindful activity you do, like ecstatic dance or yoga.
- Live Activities: session progress on your Lock Screen
- iCloud: your library and settings sync across devices. Simply add new sounds to your library in the app's iCloud folder and they'll appear in your Loop library.
- Siri Shortcuts: automate your practice

**Privacy by design**

OPUS Loop does not operate any servers. There is no account to create, no data to upload, no tracking of any kind. Your sessions, your library, your settings stay on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We don't know who you are, and we prefer it that way.
