## What is Loop Timers?

Loop is a clean, iOS-native interval timer that lets you chain a
sequence of timers and repeat them as many times as you want.

Build a routine in seconds — name each segment, set its duration,
and choose how many times to loop the whole thing. Loop's wheel
pickers feel like the stock Clock app's, and the live ring counts
down each interval at a glance.

Lock your phone mid-routine and Loop still cues you at every
boundary via local notifications, mirrored to your Apple Watch. No
accounts. No tracking. Just a timer that does more.

Whether you're running Tabata rounds, timing a recipe, pacing study
sessions, or running drills — if it's a sequence with a repeat
count, Loop handles it.

Built-in presets: HIIT, Tabata, Pomodoro, Box Breathing, Boxing
Rounds, 7-Minute Workout, Meditation, and Power Nap.
