Certain behavior should not be tolerated and stronger punishments must be implemented. Also, if you're thinking of getting it- probably not worth it if you aren't a freshman: the app lacks user retention because people don't go on it after the first few months of class. TLDR: Take down offensive content and users. They won’t let me log in because the email I used doesn’t allow spam. So I tried looking up how to change phone number for account. They made it impossible for people who gets new phone numbers. I emailed customer service and they said it should be good to use now. I tried using my school email and it says the same thing as before. I logged out to try again. Now it won’t let me log back in. Customer service needs a phone number to contact. Loopchat was really good last summer when they weren’t advertising cringe things 24/7. It’s not a good marketing scheme it’s ANNOYING. The more y’all advertise the more I want to literally not be on the app anymore. Please cool it with the ads and allow people the option to not be in college circle if they don’t want to. You would think they would want to do more of what the users of the app want in order to actually keep them on the app. ### 4/5 — Links *2021-06-01, version 2.24.0* I think this app would be better if it allowed you to send links in chats. On multiple occasions, I tried to send a link to a discord server for SCAD students. However, it would not allow others to view the link. ### 2/5 — Kinda weird *2021-05-24, version 2.21.0* At first, I was really excited for this app and I loved getting to connect with people who will be attending my future school as well as other college students. However, after having this app for a few months I stopped using it because I had to turn off notifications. Even after toggling off receiving circle push notifications, I still receive a notification EVERY time someone posts on the circle, even people I don’t follow which is really annoying.
