The app itself looks rather tired and has random options that don’t do anything. ### 4/5 — Good *2023-12-28* This app is amazing, but lately, whenever I access the app, it just freezes completely and I can’t do anything to fix it. I’ve already come across this issue once. I just shut down my iPad, restarted it, and the problem was gone. I did the same thing this time, however the app still freezes. I can swipe thru my vids as soon as it’s accessed but I can’t press on the videos or add new ones. Do you know why this might be happening? ### 4/5 — 3 Suggestions *2023-11-17* It would be cool if you could add a loading bar for when the app is re-downloading a video from the gallery. I’d like it if there was a pop-up or some kind of visual feedback on whether or not a video needs to be re-downloaded to play instead of just having it automatically start downloading. Lastly I’d appreciate there being a search bar for a specific video, it gets kinda annoying having to scroll forever for a specific video, especially when you have over 200 videos to look through. ### 3/5 — Add a proper gallery view when uploading *2023-04-30* After all these years, when adding videos from camera roll, there is still only a long list of every video on the phone. This makes finding older videos very tedious. It would be much easier to have access to the folders like every other app that accesses camera roll. This is even more painful when it suddenly stops playing videos, saying “expired internal links”. ### 2/5 — Can’t exit out of a video *2022-12-27* Used to love this app but it doesn’t let me quit out of a video anymore. I need to exit the whole app and open it again in order to see another video. Had this problem with the free app. Bought the premium version because I thought it would be fixed in this version but it’s still the exact same. Thumbnails are also all over the place. Had to delete them ALL out of the app, after giving dozens of them names. But it doesn’t stop there.… whenever I try to add new clips into the app, it loses the connection with the ones I had previously brought in again. It is not. There is a pronounced stop and start between loops making it complete useless for anyone expecting something that flows seamlessly between loops. I even upgraded to Pro assuming that maybe it worked better than the standard version. It does not. Could be better. *2022-12-23* I left an earlier 2-star review because of a bug that made all my thumbnails the same so I couldn't tell which was which. But after reporting this bug they were able to fix it, and the most recent version (December 2022) works fine. It was frustrating updating from the previous version, however. It did not happen automatically, so I finally had to delete the app, download a new copy, and re-enter my videos. It is now working well for me. The video quality is great and by using Airplay I can display video loops on my large TV screen. I cannot give the app 5 stars, though, because the UI is so poor. It's a very simple app, so it's not too hard to figure out, but the interactions and visual design could be much better.
