### 1/5 — It WAS FANTASTIC, then it stopped working.

Looq WAS FANTASTIC for a few weeks, then it stopped working.  Whenever I tried to load a photo from my Files I would get an Asset Error; meaning I could not work with the photo.  I contacted customer support but they were slow to respond and all they stated was that they were unable to recreate the problem.  I was still able to take a photo and immediately use the Looq filters but whenever I tried to work with a photo from my photo library I’d get the Asset Error.  Once a photo was taken and saved in my photo library it would no longer load into looq.  Finally the developer recommended I contact the App Store and get my $4.11 refund.  Unfortunately it was past the 60-days timeframe so I couldn’t get a refund.  I tried everything, including Deleting the App and reloading it but nothing worked.  I have two iPhones and the problem was the same on both.  Very disappointed.
