What a dreadful company. Their support is virtually useless. I wouldn’t touch their service with someone else’s barge pole.

Before doing account or make a savings please read the review. After the end of your saving they won’t give you the full money. They will deduct the money if you won’t open a new Bank account with them and if you make a new bank account with them you won’t be able to withdraw any money 
So before you go, it your money your choice

I recently paid off my final payment and paid every single save payment on time, every month my clearscore updated UNTIL I PAID IT OFF!!! Now it hasn’t updated in 2 months showing i owed £20 and now theyve closed it and reduced my score by almost 100 for their error!

I recently downloaded your app, and while I’m excited to use it, I keep getting a version that isn’t in English. I’ve tried adjusting the settings, but I’m still unable to access the English version.

Could you kindly guide me on how to download or switch to the English version of the app? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
