I opened a pack on July 15th 2025 n got a 5000 vbucks card but when I went to claim it, both of the codes they gave me were already used. I immediately contacted them with proof showing that I couldn’t redeem the codes cuz they were already used. It’s July 31st n I’ve contacted them 3 times since then n still no response.
