I’m now level 27…and neither of those are actually unlocked. I assume that’ll actually be implemented in another big update…hopefully not another full reset…I’ve stayed through two complete wipes. Every “run” is very similar to the previous, with only one boss per stage. The elite mobs are not challenging enough, and the trash ones graphics leave something to be desired. I would only recommend this game to others if they wished to play online Archero together. ### 2/5 — Meh *2021-02-17, version 0.6.4* Overall looks good. Leveling up mechanic is slow as can be. The UI feels clunky and slow. The ability upgrade appears random but isn’t at all. A friend and I tested it and he guessed successfully every single ability upgrade every single time for more than 6 upgrades. Hit boxes are wonky and out of place (larger than they should be for your character but smaller for enemies?!). Pace is sluggish. A couple suggestions hopefully for future updates that I would like to see get added... -New worlds obviously -Demolish/disassemble button to get rid of items that are no longer needed and getting back materials used on old items. -The ticket timer to get lowered a lot. No one needs to wait 144 minutes for a one loot ticket. -Possible secondary skills for heroes. That’s just a start. Don't get me wrong this game is fun, but my only problem is on world 2 when I get to the boss the game crashes Everytime. I don't even get a chance to shoot as soon as I walk through the door and see the boss it crashes. When I load back in it will crash again or allow me to be killed by the boss and discover that all my loot is gone. Needs some major fixes ### 3/5 — Archero Coop *2020-12-31, version 0.6.1* This game is exactly like archero. But this game comes with coop unlocked. I am unable to find any games unless I invite a friend though. Some of the power ups seem useless like rate of fire barely changes it(and default rate of fire is terrible, it takes forever to kill some things) and you only get a few seconds to pick one or else it goes away without even giving you a choice. There are random pink tiles where effects don’t properly load in and there’s no customization(there are items you can equip but they don’t change how you look) With some big updates to patch the bugs and some Quality of life features like the ability to click on something to show my current upgrades would be nice. Archero has it and with how very very similar this game is it would be nice. ### 4/5 — Has potential *2020-12-21, version 0.6.0* Co-op Archero-style game. Seems like it will be good when the bugs are worked out. I haven't had matchmaking work a single time yet, and the game keeps crashing on the second boss. Also, the hit boxes seem quite big and the game is pretty sensitive to slower data/wifi connections. ### 2/5 — Great graphics, good gameplay, a little buggy *2020-12-20, version 0.6.0* Great new style of game, can be played solo or with up to 2 friends. Since last update game crashes and bosses don’t spawn, so either wait for the fix or endure; as said it is a great game and I will be sticking with it! ### 3/5 — Needs work *2020-12-19, version 0.6.0* This game would be so good if it were not for all of the bugs and glitches, and there are many. One of the coolest things about this game is the option to do multiplayer and have 2 other people join your group, but I never get other players joining during the matching process. The one time I did get another player, I could not see him. I could see his shots firing but the player was invisible, making it really hard to heal him. Often at the end of a room once it’s cleared the door will open to the next room but it will not allow me to go through it for a long time and nothing happens. Once I got this glitch where bright pink pixels would fill the screen after each kill. The worst thing is the world 2 boss. You get to the boss and immediately take insane amounts of damage and quickly die before even getting hit by anything. Because of this bug I cannot get past the world 2 boss. This whole “co-op” thing doesn’t work, if it’s the main aspect of the game it should probably work! And why am I lagging in single player too, really? Other than that, this game has potential to be very great! :) Edit 1: The energy system is unbelievably terrible, you can go all night and still not have 1/2 energy. What a joke, never seen it this bad. Plus you get hit all the time where the bullet clearly misses. Edit 3: Changed to a one star 1. Healing is pointless in pretty much any form! At the end of a tough round you get 2 hp out of 1,000. You get hit once and you loose 300 from a tough enemy. But wait there’s a medic class, that only heals 20 hp for a few seconds. LOL 2. The lag will kill you, not the enemies. The games hard enough! I can’t connect to multiplayer, so why am I still lagging? 3. It’s impossible to get loot. You need to obtain chests for loot but you need to earn gems and that’s pretty much it. 4. WHY AM I WAITING OVER 2 HOURS FOR ONE ENERGY OML. 5. There’s too much that need fixing this is good for now. If you want a fast but competitive game that doesn’t have you fight the competition but out perform them give this a try. Dev’s since last update I can’t collect my level up chests trying to collect just spins my character. I can collect my coin crates though. I believe I looted my very first level up chest before this happened. I don’t want to reinstall and lose progress so I hope you add linking a cloud account like Google or Facebook soon. Thanks again for the hard work and great game. Eventually I played less and they updated a lot, and I felt too far behind to enjoy it anymore. Then I found this game, which put a delightful spin on the Archero Formula. It does everything right, and adds multiplayer to spice things up even more! The weapon and gear upgrade system is similar enough, as well as the traits, but changes enough that I feel like im playing a new game while also playing into the familiarity of the genre.
