## What is Looya?

Looya is a weather app you'll actually want to open.

Instead of a table of numbers, Looya paints the day outside as a living, hand-drawn scene. Sun climbs over rolling hills. Rain dimples puddles. Lightning cracks behind a storm-dark sky. Snow settles on pines. Every scene is illustrated, animated, and driven by your real, live forecast.

PULL THE CORD
A drawstring hangs from the top of the screen. Pull it past the catch and a lamp-switch click flips your world from day to night — the whole sky crossfades, the reading changes, the scene comes with it.

THE SKY, HONESTLY RENDERED
The moon isn't a generic icon. It's drawn at tonight's true phase for your location, waxing or waning on the correct side, its glow rising and falling with how much of it is lit. Meteors streak past on their own schedule. Once in a while, a tumbling asteroid drifts through. You have to be looking to catch them.

BUILT ON APPLE WEATHER
Current conditions, hourly and 10-day forecasts, wind, UV, humidity, dew point, pressure, visibility, precipitation and moon data come from Apple Weather. Severe-weather alerts reach you the moment they're issued.

MAKE THE DETAILS YOURS
Turn the dial to raise the details sheet — the whole scene lifts with it. Choose which eight stats live on your card and drop the rest.

YOUR PLACES
Keep your current location plus up to five cities. Swipe between them. Each keeps its own local time, its own sky, its own weather.

WIDGETS
Small, medium and Lock Screen widgets that follow the day into night, right on your Home Screen.

SKY PRO

Sky Pro unlocks the parts of Looya you collect and explore:

• Daily Sky Posters — every day, Looya mints your exact sky as a collectible poster. Restyle it for dawn, noon or night, build a streak, and save it as a wallpaper.
• AR Sky View — hold your phone up and Looya pins the forecast to the real sky, tracking the true position of the sun and moon as you turn.
• Time Machine — scrub the sky through the whole day and watch light, colour and temperature move with the hour.
• 10-day forecasts and severe-weather alerts.

Sky Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. A free trial is offered on eligible plans.

PRIVACY

Your location is used for one thing: fetching your forecast. Looya has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The AR camera feed is never recorded, stored, or transmitted — it's live on your screen and nowhere else.
