## What is LorcanApp?

LorcanApp is an unofficial, fan-made companion for Disney Lorcana. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney or Ravensburger.

Track every card you own, build decks that actually work, and browse the whole catalog — even with no signal at the game store.

TRACK YOUR COLLECTION
Add cards with one tap and keep normal and foil copies counted separately, the way collectors actually think about them. See how complete each set is, what you are still missing, and what your binder is worth at market prices.

SCAN CARDS WITH THE CAMERA
Point your camera at a card and it is recognized on the spot. Text recognition runs entirely on your device — no photo ever leaves your iPhone, and no account is required.

BUILD BETTER DECKS
Assemble decks while the ink split, cost curve and rarity mix update as you choose. The app checks whether your list is legal, shows you the gaps, and exports it as plain text or CSV. Dozens of tournament decklists are built in, ready to copy and tune.

BROWSE THE FULL CATALOG
Every set, every card, with rules text, cost, lore, abilities and market prices. Filter by ink, cost, rarity, card type, franchise, collection or what you already own, and search in seconds. The catalog is stored on your device, so it opens instantly wherever you play.

KEEP SCORE
A built-in lore counter for tracking a match without pulling out dice or paper.

NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKING
There is no sign-up and no login. Your collection and your decks live on your device and stay there. The only permission the app asks for is the camera, and only when you open the scanner.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-25

Copying a deck list now asks which format you want — Lorcana League, Duels Ink or a plain list — and shows the exact line it will copy. No more finding out you used the wrong format only after the site rejects it.

The wishlist got a copy button too, so what you still need goes straight to the marketplace.

Image and PDF exports now look more like the actual deck: cards are grouped by ink, each colour gets its symbol and card count, and strength and willpower sit next to the cost. Card art now shows in both layouts, list and mosaic — only art already downloaded on your device.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-22

Fixes a freeze on the first launch.

On some devices, tapping "I don't have a card with me" on the welcome screen left the app sitting there, never moving on. Finishing the onboarding was waiting on a database write to complete — and on first run that write competes with loading the 3,242-card catalog. The screen now advances immediately and the write happens in the background.

Also in this release: picking the sample card no longer waits indefinitely for price or translation. If either is slow, the app moves on and shows the card anyway.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-22

This release fixes the worst defect the app has had: it could get stuck on the launch screen and never leave it.

The startup queue loads seventeen things in sequence, and the last one releases the screen. A single failure — or a step simply not responding — in any of the previous sixteen left the app spinning forever, with no message and no way out but reinstalling, which wipes your collection. Each step is now isolated and has its own deadline: if one fails or hangs, the app falls back to that preference default and opens anyway.

Also in this release:

• Inkable and format filters (Core, Infinity and Porcana) in the card listings. The format filter is cumulative: checking Infinity does not hide Core cards, because the question is where you can play that card.
• The deck view gained a filter bar — sorting, ink, type, cost, inkable and format — across all three deck screens.
• Filtering never hides a card silently: the header now reads "2 of 5" and the end of the list tells you how many were left out.
• Fixed: the deck builder could suggest a banned card in Infinity and Porcana.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-18

The first launch was rebuilt: instead of six screens explaining the app, it now proves itself. You scan a card and it yields four things in a row — recognized on your own device (no account, no cloud), its market price, the rules text, and your first franchise achievement. By the end, your collection has already started.

Also new since the previous version:

• Brazilian prices from Liga Lorcana next to US prices — you pick which one you see.
• 54 competitive metagame decks, with the exact list and a written game plan.
• Legality proven card by card, with the July 2026 rotation and the Infinity ban list. It works per card, not per set: 208 cards have an older printing that is still Core-legal.
• Official preconstructed decks, cross-checked against your collection.
• Deck builder: add cards from inside the deck, see how many copies you still need to buy, actionable improvement suggestions, and export as image or PDF.
• Import and export in Liga Lorcana format.
• Lore counter for up to 4 players, with a timer and themes.
• Wishlist with search, quantities and import/export.
• Official ink symbols on chips, plus lore, cost and rarity icons in the catalog.
