Where do I begin? I’m so surprised -based on reviews- that the app has been this terrible for such a long time! Reading reviews a year ago about the same issues- the app simply doesn’t work. Interface look great at first until you try doing ANYTHING. Like search for an item that you know it’s there! And a simple thing like “transferring” the cart and the stuff that sits in the SAME account on web version- not working. And you can’t manually search for it either. Or find it through Men-Women-Home menus. It gets you back to the pretty but utterly useless home page. I used to be loyal customer of L&T “before” not anymore. It’s a shame, because you can outsource the dev work and fix it easily at a low cost - im speaking from experience, and know it’s not a difficult fix. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy here *2024-01-12* If you are going to buy here, think twice, they send you your order incomplete, it is a complete theft and they do not answer your messages. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY HERE!! ### 1/5 — Refunds *2023-11-27* I purchased a gown from them which didn’t fit so I sent it back and did exactly what they needed for the return. I never got my refund back and its been over a month. When I emailed them I received a reply that they are working on it! I sent two more emails snd never got any reply back at all! Next step? The better business bureau and definitely the INTERNET. I don’t think people should purchase something from Lord and Taylor and think that if they want to return it they will get a refund! ### 1/5 — App is cluttered *2023-05-01* This app is so difficult to use due to all the pop-ups, text bubbles, toast messages, and nav icons all over the place. You can hardly see an image or do anything without swatting all the other things away. There’s few filter options, and I’m not even seeing same items as on desktop app! Very frustrating to use! Needs a lot of clean up! ### 1/5 — Terrible App, Functionality is Useless *2022-12-16, version 3.4* Just the worst experience I’ve ever had using an app. You can’t search for anything as the results will come up as “no results match your search.” Even if you filter for items by brand and it indicates the amount of products in a certain filter, the results will still come up as nothing found. What’s the point of having an app if it’s just going to deter your customers from completing an order entirely? Maybe invest in better developers overall. ### 1/5 — Wishful Thinking *2022-07-10, version 2.5* OOOOOOh, how I wish The Lord was back. OOOOOOh, how I wish I had a store to walk into to shop. Whatever Clothing I’m wearing now I’ll still be wearing til my dying day because se there just isn’t anywhere to buy clothes now that L&T closed. Buying online with no Black Card and no coupons puts L&T out of my reach. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2022-01-12, version 1.8* I loved L&T. Very disappointed when all the stores closed near me. Cutting up my black card was traumatic!!!😂 I personally don’t like that you have to pay for shipping ( must spend $89 for free shipping) and returns. I shop on line at Nordstroms and it’s always free shipping and returns no matter how much you spend!! ### 5/5 — Fur coat *2023-12-30* I just ordered a fur coat but one problem is there is no sizing.
