1. Optimized flag construction logic in Uncharted Seas and fixed issues causing some flags to display incorrectly.

6. Adjusted the duration of the Hercules Invasion event to 2 hours, increased the number of Alliance Chests, and added Kill Points (only applicable to battles occurring at the Pillars of Hercules).
7. Added Individual Points rewards to the War Of Dominance, and increased the number of Throne Chests for the Gold and Red Banner.
