Lord of the Steps is a fantasy pedometer that turns your daily walking into an epic 2,865 km journey: from a cozy hole in the Shire all the way to the fires of Mount Doom.

Started with some college friends. Simple but fun. It’s frustrating that I can’t zoom in on the map, especially when our group is all so close together.

I LOVE that this app exists. I’ve always wanted to track my walks in alignment with the journey to Mount Doom, and now I can!
I have one nitpick and one recommendation.
The nitpick is I just started on the Bree section, but it still says I’m in the Barrow Downs? I found that odd, but it’s a minor gripe. I adore that it shows where you are in the journey and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw I was in the Old Forest :)
The recommendation is it would be cool if you could see where you are when the Fellowship breaks apart rather than just following Frodo because the path splits for various people. Maybe show Aragorn’s, Gandalf’s, Merry’s, Pippin’s journeys, too?

Otherwise, very minor things. I love this app and I check it every day :D

А можно ли добавить следующие корректировки?

1) На главном экране добавить возможность ручного запроса обновления данных через действие вертикального свайпа?

2) Проверить корректность отображения актуальной информации о текущей локации (название и изображение) на главном экране? Несколько раз встречал ситуацию, когда отображение информации о текущей локации слетало на отображение предыдущей локации.

3) На главный экран добавить кнопку Информации о локации, вызывающую всплывающее окно с небольшим текстовым описание локации (+возможно информацию и событиях, произошедших в текущей локации).

Здравствуйте) хочется чтобы карта в группе где все идут тоже открывалась и было хорошо видно кто на каком этапе визуально. Сейчас там просто узкая картинка и все ники в перемешку и даже не в том порядке.

Приложение очень крутое 🔥Хоть и не читала Толкина, я в восторге! Визуально красиво оформлено, интересно следить за прогрессом и соревноваться с друзьями. Но на второй неделе пользования приложением появились ошибки: 
- считает количество шагов, но показывает 0 пройденных километров;
- при установленной цели по шагам не отображает ее или неправильно указывает оставшееся количество шагов;
- не подгружает созданные группы. 
Пожалуйста, исправьте появившиеся ошибки 🙏🏼

Скорее всего, эти ошибки были связаны не с приложением, а с проблемами доступа к серверу у части российских провайдеров, из-за этого не грузились группы, км и цели. Сейчас всё должно работать. Приложение, которое мотивирует больше двигаться, очень красочное и приближённое к Средиземью. 
Небольшое пожелание: может, разработчики рассмотрят перспективу проработки маршрутов Мерри-Пиппина, Арагорна-Гимли-Леголаса. Да, шли они конечно не к Роковой Горе, но тем не менее маршрут у них тоже не короче Фродо-Сэма ☺️
