I really think paper tickets were much easier. However the zero choice on seat allocation, leg room, outrageous distance from the wicket, no protection from the sun, have tested the point of visiting Lords to the limit. It has become a physically uncomfortable, visually frustrating, unhealthy day out at an exploitatively high cost. Please ask your marketing director to spend the whole day in the upper level Compton stand, row r, seat 95 and if they can walk at the end of the day and give any coherent summary of the cricket not derived from the giant screen, I will buy a ticket again next year. Main intention is to sell tickets and stuff rather than provide a service for ticket holders. Finding bought tickets is a nightmare. The app is so bad it’s enough to put you off going. Where has good old fashioned customer service gone? Lords has done a very poor job here ### 1/5 — Unnecessary and awful *2026-06-15, version 19.4.4* This ‘upgrade’ to the ticketing system is the most unnecessary and over-complicated exercise I’ve come across anywhere. Far, far too difficult to transfer tickets - which I have bought with a lot of my money - to the people who need them. Needs a big re-think.
