### 2/5 — Why can’t cricket sort out these apps?

*2026-08-09, version 19.4.5*

Every cricket fixture seems to make life way over complex for people who actually buy tickets. I really think paper tickets were much easier. Why not just use Apple or Google wallet instead of the complete nonsense we have to go through to actually get the tickets we paid for months ago

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-02-26, version 19.3.1*

Just updated login as instructed in email. App will not let me login at all.

### 1/5 — App is unusable now !!!

*2026-02-21, version 19.3.1*

Since the last update and the recent changes for changing passwords, unable to access the app to log in ! All I get is service is unable ! Emailed the help email so many times and no response ! So no longer can access the app so it’s useless now and poor support from MCC !!

### 1/5 — Very dated app doesn’t work

*2026-01-29, version 19.3.1*

Cannot log into existing account

### 1/5 — Oops we have a problem

*2025-08-27, version 19.3.0*

Possibly the most frustrating app of all.

Seldom works
Wastes so much of everyone’s time.

And always ends with a request to leave a glowing review of the App - which I cannot do.

### 1/5 — Frustrating App

*2025-07-12, version 19.3.0*

The app says my tickets are available online. They are not online. I cannot find any information or anyone to email or phone.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t support Apple Wallet

*2025-07-08, version 19.3.0*

Very user unfriendly to make you download a different app for each sporting venue or entertainment venue you visit.

### 1/5 — Improvement needed

*2025-06-14, version 19.2.3*

This app is still unacceptably poor. Members should be able to access tickets through one simple link in one step.

### 1/5 — App

*2025-05-28, version 19.2.1*

It’s utter garbage no we codes no six figure number to get tickets utter shambles of an app worse I’ve ever used .. sort it out

### 1/5 — What a rubbish app

*2025-05-28, version 19.2.1*

A friend offered me a ticket and tried to transfer via the App which I had uploaded and logged into earlier. Result after an hour of trying I could not download the ticket. User unfriendly. Unfortunately I think tickets are now issued on via the App. What a total faff!

### 1/5 — Lords app

*2025-05-26, version 19.2.1*

Without a doubt the worst most disappointing app. You pay a lot of money for tickets and then you can’t access them. You would think once you paid they would be there in the app. So difficult to access and heaven forbid you want to print them for someone who can’t use a smartphone.

### 1/5 — Purchased Ticket is Not Showing

*2025-04-20, version 19.0.0*

I have purchased ticket for 11th July 2025 India vs England Test Match. But after login in the Lords App several times I tried to view or download the ticket from the app, still it is not showing anything in the app.

### 1/5 — Impenetrable

*2025-03-28, version 18*

Information on tickets is absent. Ticket exchange non-existent. No home page to navigate from.

### 4/5 — ODI vs Australia

*2024-09-28, version 18*

A very enjoyable day as an Associate Member. However the loud music was an irritating distraction.

### 1/5 — Tickets

*2024-08-31, version 18*

Very clunky procedure to obtain tickets. Still trying!! And I do NOT appreciate a review popping up while I’m doing it!!!

### 1/5 — Customer experience

*2024-08-30, version 18*

A day at Lords with a full house has an incomparable atmosphere which overcomes most annoyances. However the zero choice on seat allocation, leg room, outrageous distance from the wicket, no protection from the sun, have tested the point of visiting Lords to the limit. It has become a physically uncomfortable, visually frustrating, unhealthy day out at an exploitatively high cost.
Please ask your marketing director to spend the whole day in the upper level Compton stand, row r, seat 95 and if they can walk at the end of the day and give any coherent summary of the cricket not derived from the giant screen, I will buy a ticket again next year.
PS check the sun and wind situation first or they may not return.

### 1/5 — No wallet

*2024-08-30, version 18*

Seems over engineered to have to use the app and set up an account, with a 12 char p/word, just to get the ticket why no Wallet option

### 1/5 — Lords App

*2024-08-28, version 18*

I don’t want another app on my phone. Why not email tickets like everyone else?

### 1/5 — my lords app review

*2024-08-25, version 18*

Difficult to register hard to find tickets . Why not just email pdf file. Very poor and could put you off coming

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Difficult to use

*2026-08-26, version 19.4.5*

Poorly designed app. Very difficult to use. Main intention is to sell tickets and stuff rather than provide a service for ticket holders. Finding bought tickets is a nightmare. The app is so bad it’s enough to put you off going. Where has good old fashioned customer service gone? Lords has done a very poor job here

### 1/5 — Unnecessary and awful

*2026-06-15, version 19.4.4*

This ‘upgrade’ to the ticketing system is the most unnecessary and over-complicated exercise I’ve come across anywhere. Far, far too difficult to transfer tickets - which I have bought with a lot of my money - to the people who need them. Needs a big re-think. I suggest engaging a six-year old for the re-design.

### 1/5 — Tickets disappearing

*2026-06-07, version 19.4.4*

Clunky. Tickets did not appear so had to go to the ticket office before the day’s play.

### 1/5 — Cricket is complicated enough already

*2026-06-03, version 19.4.4*

App in this case stands for appalling. A hideous unhelpful unnecessarily complicated infuriating heap of nonsense. In these days when tests are often finished in 3 days, the average time it takes to use this app must be more than the duration of the match.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-06-03, version 19.4.4*

The app gets stuck in a continual authorisation doom loop, continually linking to the main Lord’s website to repeatedly log in; it doesn’t recognise tickets that have been distributed to you; it can’t download the Lords Premium membership QR code. The support email address just replies “sorry, we know it doesn’t work”.

### 1/5 — The App for tickets

*2026-06-02, version 19.4.4*

Poor, very poor

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-05-23, version 19.4.4*

For some reason it has asked me to reset my password as I haven’t used the app since February. Then it is impossible to do that. No email received to reset despite repeated requests. Left high and dry at the moment.

### 1/5 — Hours wasted trying to be sent my ticket

*2026-05-15, version 19.4.3*

My friend has bought me a Lords ticket and sent me instructions to enable him to forward it to me. Apparently it needs a “three word code” but the button to “reveal” this doesn’t appear for me. My husband has also tried in vain. This will necessitate help from Lords and several people have spent hours in what should be straight forward.

### 1/5 — Where are my tickets!

*2026-04-22, version 19.4.2*

Since updating - no access to tickets….. support says they are there…. No, they are not. Terrible customer experience

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2026-03-20, version 19.3.1*

No matter how I try to login in the app just doesn’t let me get to the login screen. Just acts as a button press then does nothing.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-08-24, version 18*

Great to have all my tickets in one place.

As the ground is cashless, shame I can’t use the app to pay for food and drink. And let my guests use my app to pay for their drinks on my bill!

### 5/5 — User friendly

*2024-07-09, version 18*

👍very user friendly

### 5/5 — New World

*2024-06-03, version 18*

First use of the app and seamless. MCC moving forward and saving paper. So proud of the club.

### 5/5 — Dependency on Wi-Fi

*2023-07-02*

Have had problems twice with retrieving tickets at the North Gate as the Wi-Fi is unreliable. Why can’t we store the tickets permanently in the wallet?

### 5/5 — Ashes

*2023-06-26, version 16.2.1*

Can’t wait

### 5/5 — 40 years of 1983 Cricket World Cup won by India

*2023-06-17*

On June 25, 1983 India created history here in Lords

I am here in the same month ie June

1983 to 2023

40 years

That victory inspired me to play cricket and my cricket inspired my son to play cricket

I couldn’t play top level cricket because of some reasons but hopefully my son will play here in Lords & I will watch him like today physically

### 5/5 — Good app

*2023-06-03*

Solid but why not tell us whether to go left or right as you come up through the right entrance?

### 5/5 — This app is painfully slow and inefficient.

*2023-05-31*

Getting tickets is time-consuming and very irritating on this app.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2023-05-31, version 16.1*

This app ticks all the boxes in planning and attending a match. Great work.

### 5/5 — Lords App

*2023-05-18*

It took me awhile to set the App up on my phone but it seems to be working well. I have access to my tickets to attend Day 1 and Day 2 of the Ashes Cricket test.
