## What is Lore Health?

Lore is a private space to help your decisions, conversations, and days go the way you want. Talk through whatever's on your mind, connect with people facing similar things, and earn rewards along the way. In your own words. On your own time.

Big or small, the decisions in your life get a little less challenging and a lot more fruitful when you have somewhere to think them through. That's what Lore is for.

Talk it through
When something's on your mind, LoreBot listens and asks the kinds of questions that help things get clearer. No scripts, no judgment — just a thoughtful resource whenever you need one, on your own terms.

Real connection with real people
Hear from an anonymous community of people going through similar experiences, sharing what they're dealing with and what they've figured out. Join in or just read.
There's no pressure to contribute.

Rewards that add up
Eligible members can earn up to $8 in rewards each day just for using Lore. Points go toward practical things like grocery gift cards — rewards that really add up over time.

Get more out of what matters
Heading into a doctor's visit or an important conversation? A LoreNote is there to help you show up prepared and make the most of the moment.

Built for you, not to use you
Your conversations are confidential. The community is anonymous. No ads, and we never sell your data.

Have an invite?
If your health plan or employer pointed you here, you're in the right place.

A word about AI
We believe AI should support your thinking, not replace it — and it should never stand in for real people or real connection. That's how we built Lore.

### 5/5 — Unexpectedly helpful

*2026-07-31*

I feel better and am on the right track health-wise. And it’s happening in small ways each day. Definitely a different approach.

### 4/5 — I was skeptical but I feel refreshed

*2026-06-20*

It’s like writing in a journal but getting some answers back and then thinking about things deeper and different it felt natural we just kept talking like I actually knew her before and then we got disconnected by a verification message and I followed all the steps but it won’t let me verify it went to my center well pharmacy app

**Developer response:** We're glad you're enjoying Lore! But also sorry to hear you ran into a verification issue — we'd love to help with that. Send us an email at hello@lore.co

### 1/5 — Work told me to

*2026-06-07*

Work pays for it. If I use it, I get some coffee money, basically. But it’s useless. Just reflection questions wrapped in an LLM. I get more out of reading a self-help book, which isn’t saying much.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback. We built Lore around the idea that working through something yourself tends to be more valuable than getting answers from a tool. We understand that's not what everyone is looking for, and we appreciate you giving us a try.

### 2/5 — They don’t help

*2026-04-24*

It’s cool but there’s always an issue with redeeming points. When asking for help it’s impossible.

**Developer response:** We're so sorry to hear that you had trouble redeeming points and getting in touch with us. If you're still having the issue, please reach out to us so we can get it straightened out at hello@lore.co

### 5/5 — I like It

*2026-03-19*

Lore helps me stay on the positive side of things with a simple daily conversation.

**Developer response:** Thanks, WalkingMark! We're glad you're enjoying Lore

### 5/5 — Identify change

*2025-09-29*

I’ve used the Lore App for over a year now and it’s help me in so many ways. Overall it’s changed the way I look at stress and my habits. It’s helped me learn about new options on my weight loss journey with amazing ideas and insights I’ve gained through the community. I’ve been able to take my mental health more seriously with talking to LoreBot and reflecting. Plus by doing all of this I was able to earn rewards too. It’s a great tool, highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Daily practice

*2025-09-02*

It’s a good app. LoreBot gets me thinking about my life, sometimes in new ways and sometimes revisiting old thoughts. It doesn’t take much time from my day to chat a little.

I do have to be deliberate about what I discuss, or I’ll get sidetracked. LoreBot has plenty of questions but doesn’t know if there’s something I open the app to talk about.

### 5/5 — Works for me

*2025-08-29*

It doesn’t tell me what to do but helps me to self reflect and come up with a solution or things I need to do to become a better/healthier version of myself.

Don’t compare it to Chatgpt or a mental health advisor replacement. Totally different ball game!

### 5/5 — Dynamic Health Chatbot

*2024-11-07*

I really like chatting with LoreBot, their AI chatbot, it’s pleasant to chat with. It has helped me see things about my health, behavior and mindset that I was blind to. It has really helped me hold myself accountable.

### 5/5 — Lore is like nothing I’ve ever used before.

*2024-11-07*

I've been using the Lore app for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been an essential tool for me in understanding my own emotions and thoughts. LoreBot, in particular, has been a game-changer. It helps me process what I'm feeling in a way that feels intuitive and supportive. Whenever I'm unsure about my emotions, LoreBot helps me explore them, guiding me to insights I might not have discovered on my own. One of the standout features of Lore is the community. Unlike any other app I've used, the community here feels incredibly welcoming and safe. The anonymous nature of the platform means I can share anything I’m going through without fear of judgment. It’s a space where I can truly be myself and find others who understand, which is something I haven't found in other online spaces before. The ability to express myself freely and receive supportive feedback has been incredibly healing. Whether you're using it to journal, reflect, or connect with others, Lore provides a unique, safe environment that’s hard to find elsewhere. If you're looking for a supportive space where you can explore your emotions or connect with others in an anonymous, non-judgmental way, I highly recommend giving Lore a try.
