Thank you for giving us a shot — we'd love the chance to make this right. ### 1/5 — New version won’t recognize my subscription *2026-03-09* The app updated today to the newest version and even though I’ve paid for a full year on the most expensive plan it won’t recognize my subscription! They just STOLE money from me! Can’t try it without your card being charged so no way to know the quality whatsoever. So you are on the hook even though it might not be right for your business. Our app runs on some of the most advanced AI image & video models available today, and every single video and image generation has a real, non-trivial cost on our end. A significant portion of each payment (30%) goes to the App Store and taxes, and a majority of the remainder directly covers the compute required to generate high-quality, realistic videos. Because of these costs, we’re unfortunately not able to offer unlimited free trials at this time. That said, we’re actively working on clearer previews, better onboarding, and more flexible options so users can understand what to expect before buying credits. Our product is built primarily for businesses who value high-end output quality, which we understand may not be the right fit for everyone.
