## What is Lorebind?

Bring your scattered "settings" into one world
When you build a long story, your characters, places, organizations, terms, and historical timeline end up scattered across memos and spreadsheets. "Where did I write that character again?" — that search kills your creative momentum.

Lorebind is a "second brain" for your worldbuilding, made for novelists, TTRPG game masters, and every kind of creator. Not a heavy, complex tool — we focused on being fast and simple.

How worlds work
- One story = one world. Put a whole novel or a whole campaign into a single world.
- Even if you only half-remember a name, fuzzy search finds it — inside a world, or across all of them. As your projects grow, you never have to remember which world you wrote something in.

(If you're signed in to iCloud, you can share your worlds between your own devices via Apple's servers. Nothing is sent or received until you tap a button in Settings. Using iCloud is free.)

This app is easy to use, intuitive and details everything in a very pleasant manner to navigate. One issue is that I can't delete created tags. And if I could also color code different eras, it would be a nice feature.

You now decide when Lorebind talks to iCloud.

Until now your worlds synced automatically, which sometimes meant one device quietly overwrote the other. From this version, nothing is sent or received until you tap. In Settings you'll find:

- Upload to iCloud
- Download from iCloud
- Delete All from iCloud
- Check iCloud's last update

You can go back to an earlier copy.
For each world, you can revert to one of the two most recent copies stored in iCloud. Before it does, Lorebind saves a copy of what you have now.

A gentle nudge to back up.
If it's been two days since your last backup, Lorebind reminds you. You can turn this off in Settings.
