## What is Lorela?

Lorela is an AI assistant that answers your phone when you can't.

A call you don't pick up is forwarded to Lorela. She answers in your name, asks who is calling and what they need, and right after that sends you a notification with a summary. You open the app and within seconds you know whether it is urgent or can wait until the evening.

WHAT LORELA DOES

Answers the call you would otherwise miss
The caller doesn't get voicemail. They talk to an assistant who introduces herself in your name and holds a normal conversation.

Tells you what it was about
For every call you get the caller's name, a one-sentence summary, the full transcript and the recording. Call back with one tap.

Notifies you right away
A notification on your phone. If you want, also an e-mail or a Telegram message.

Knows your contacts
When someone from your address book calls, Lorela greets them by name. Sync runs in the background and you can turn it off at any time.

Set up in 2 minutes
The guide takes you from choosing your carrier to dialing the forwarding code. You dial the code straight from the app or copy it with one tap - nothing to retype.

WHO IT IS FOR

Tradespeople with their hands full. Small business owners without a receptionist. Anyone whose missed calls pile up and who knows that behind each of them there can be a job.

HOW IT WORKS

With your carrier, you turn on forwarding of unanswered calls to your Lorela number - one code you dial on your phone. In the Czech Republic, Lorela gets its own Czech phone number. In Poland, all customers forward calls to one shared Lorela number and Lorela recognizes you by the number the call was forwarded from. From then on, Lorela answers everything you don't get to. Your number stays yours - you don't change it and you don't hand out a new one.

Lorela talks to callers in Czech or Polish, depending on the country of your account, and the app is in Czech or Polish as well. This App Store listing is in English so you know what you are getting.

PRIVACY

Your calls are yours. Transcripts, recordings and contacts are visible only to you in your account. Contacts are uploaded only with your consent and you can turn sync off with one switch. You can delete your account directly in the app.

SUBSCRIPTION

Downloading the app is free. You create an account directly in the app - a phone number or e-mail and a six-digit code, no password.

Czech Republic: Lorela monthly 299 Kč, Lorela yearly 2 990 Kč
Poland: Lorela monthly 59 zł, Lorela yearly 589 zł

Both start with 7 days free and you buy them directly in the app. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel or change it at any time in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A purchased subscription can be restored in the app at any time.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.56 — 2026-10-19

Activation now starts with forwarding. We no longer ask for your number, your carrier or where to send summaries - we know the number from your sign-in, look up the carrier ourselves, and summaries arrive as notifications and by e-mail. You can connect Telegram in Settings whenever you like. Links from older e-mails and texts open the right step.

Call notifications now start with the caller's name and when to call back. Touch and hold one to call back, send a text or forward the summary right away. An emergency, someone waiting on site or a caller who got no answer comes through even in a Focus.

The top of Calls now has one sentence saying whether Lorela is taking your calls: Not tested yet, Working - waiting for the first call, Lorela is taking your calls, or Forwarding is not working. It uses the same words as the website and always follows what the server knows. If notifications are turned off on your phone, a thin row below it has a Turn on button. Before your first call arrives you will also find the card Ask someone to call you, from which you can send a message to a friend.

### 1.55 — 2026-10-18

The forwarding guide now starts by asking for your carrier and whether you are on a contract or a prepaid card. On a card where forwarding cannot work it advises right away, without dialling in vain. On Orange it waits five minutes before the first test, and a real forwarded call closes the test as successful.

### 1.54 — 2026-10-16

Card-free trial for Polish accounts: the subscription screen now offers Start 7 days without a card, with the App Store subscription as the second option. Minor fixes.

### 1.53 — 2026-10-15

Addressing callers from your contacts: in Contacts you can see for each one how Lorela will address them, change it, or turn off addressing by name for everyone. Uncertain forms (labels, companies, nicknames) are not spoken until you confirm them.

Trial without a card (Poland): the app shows when the trial ends and that without a payment it simply ends, nothing is charged.

### 1.51 — 2026-10-12

Texts addressed to you now respect feminine forms, and buttons and short labels are gender-neutral. This release also adds an English App Store listing with its own screenshots for iPhones set to English; the app itself speaks Czech or Polish as before.
