Will adjust review rating when done. It would be better if this could be regularly checked and updated. Lorex came through and fixed the notification issue. Faster than last time so I will increase my rating to 4 stars. If you can update regularly so we don’t have to beg and plead for an update, I will raise to 5 stars. Some will hate, but the app works perfectly for my needs if notifications work. Notifications have once again stopped working. Rebooting everything and turning notifications off and back on does nothing. This app and system have been riddled with bugs and other problems. Push notifications just stopped working. The whole concept of “security” cameras is to be notified when one detects motions. What I did not like is you answering feedback with 2 and 3 year old responses. You need to look at the bad reviews and fix the problem asap. I had to end up calling you to get this problem resolved. When I tell you there’s a problem on your end start believing in that, because I know my system better than you do! Only one other thing, I use the 4 alarm contacts in the back of the NVR. It never once recorded the associated camera with the alarm contact picked up. ### 5/5 — The Best! *2024-11-05* So far this is the best security camera I had for so many years until now. I dont understand why people gave bad reviews on this. I believe its a matter of how you install and access the cameras. In my situation I am able to access my cameras 24/7 without any issues for years now even me and my family went on vacation out of the county every year for about a month I have no issues. However you can’t really go wrong with this once once you set up and learn how to use. I wish you would just listen to the the people using the App. When there is problems with multiple user having the same problem. That most likely it’s your problem. Instead you give ridiculous reasons with the user has a problem. I own 3 systems by Lorex, one at my daughters house. One at moms house and one at my house. 3 different user with the same problem. That means most likely it is you problem. Yes the App could use some updating. But I can live with it. I travel all over the United States and never had a problem connecting to my cameras. I always had been able to access the live view and the recording. Even the notification has always worked. I even needed to set a limit by setting the area it will trigger notifications. The bigger the area it scans the more frequent notifications i get even with cars just passing by. One thing though I would like is a better video at night. I leave our outdoor lights on at night and the video is black and white only. ### 5/5 — Great App *2023-01-22, version 2.0.2* I don’t understand why people are giving this app a bad review. I was hesitant because of this but went through with purchasing some LOREX cameras. The cameras turned out awesome and this app works great. Live view is great. And also play back is great. Guaranteeing any alert you received is long in the past by the time you can view it.
