## What is Lorex SD Pro?

Lorex SD Pro allows you to view your 7” or 9” SD Pro wireless video monitor from anywhere in the world on your iPhone® or iPad®. 

The app allows you to:
-  View live video from all connected cameras.
-  Change the channel displayed in live viewing.
-  Save snapshots directly to your mobile device.
-  Enable two-way audio with any of the connected cameras.
-  Search and playback motion events saved to the system’s memory card.

Notes:
-  iOS v7.0 and higher.
-  A minimum upload speed of 512kbps is required. 1mbps or higher is recommended for best video performance. 
-  Selectable single-channel viewing only.

I can see why it gets 1.7 rating. Does work hangs up on the same pictures. It will not show movement or notifications.

It was a great system up until about a year after and then then it stopped sending Notifications to my device.

That feature is as important as the camera itself.

Lorex has done nothing to resolve the issue.

I have sent several family and friends to other camera systems.

Don’t waste your money on these cameras extremely out dated 6+ years old camera system 2 cameras for 120 dollars and everything looks like it was recorded using a rock Jesus Christ by far the worst.

Useless App

Useless App You can’t watch four cameras on one screen you have to switch one by one it’s crazy and annoying 

Additional to that you cannot choose zoning motion dedicated ALERTS which end you receive a million ALERTS no one alert telling you name of the camera makes the options useless and anyone you it’s really pics of junk and waste your money and will make you sorry.  History records play without sound at normal speed waisted a lot of times and you cannot downloaded on your phone or devices make it that option also useless. 

Do not buy any systems that BAD it’s wasting your time and money.

I’m having issues with getting my cameras to send my videos.  2 years it was ok now nothing.  Constantly searching and searching.  Please update the app or help.

This worked at first. Now it won’t send notifications and it won’t let you look at recorded videos. It’s like the videos get deleted. They randomly work one day out of a hundred giving me false hope that this isn’t the poorest device and app support I’ve ever seen. Going to trash whole system and going somewhere that has some smart people creating a simple surveillance since this is 2019!

Cameras would send alert to my phone approx 5 minutes after the event. (I have full bar cell coverage). After about 6 months of use, camera would go on the fritz/static and do continuous recording for an hour nonstop every day with no apparent reason why. 
Now I don’t receive any alerts notifications to my phone nor any other system this app is installed upon. 
No response yet from customer support (+2mos)

Because they have not fixed the app to send alerts to IPhones which it did when I bought the system in 2017. Hope their stock goes in the tank too.
