It’s so irritating that I’m going to cancel my subscription completely. You guys should be embarrassed and I’m far from the first person to bring this up. Update the dev responded telling me to contact them through the app which would require accepting the trial. I tried to login with the same credentials as my web account to use the app and it fails to recognize my login.
