This app always crashes. No matter how many updates they do it always crashes and it does not have very good options on the app to go more in depth. Definitely not happy about this situation

Just got a new iPad and this app already ‘disappeared’ once and had to be reinstalled. Now I am reinstalling AGAIN because it won’t operate correctly. 

What gives?

It would be mice to be able to see my full statement via the app. In addition include low account warning s that pop up on the mobile device as well.  And last, why is there a limit on transfer?  Only a certain number per month?
Please consider for future upgrades.

It’s amazing how you offer a mobile app but don’t even provide the basic service of allowing clients to view their statements on it. Guess the fees you collect on clients accounts are not enough to make updates on this app...

I get put into security question hell and can never actually get logged in. The same questions repeat in a never ending loop and there is no indication what (if anything) is incorrect. Hire developers that actually know what they're doing and create a usable app.
