Their return policy isn’t great, either. Really not happy having to pay for postage. It also wouldn’t accept the Flare code with the welcome code? I assume it was a two code thing. I didn’t expect the welcome discount on the “Flare” code leggings..really not a difficult differentiation to code/program. I only purchased one pair as a result. I’m meaning this feedback to be constructive not negative 😏 ### 5/5 — Great Quality & Long Term Shopper *2025-05-31* Lorna Jane has always great quality products. And I have been shopping all my active wear at LJ for years now. There is no other leggings I would get, other than the Lorna Jane Lotus Leggings. Flattering, long lasting and great price, particular when on special. Couldn’t recommend more :) ### 5/5 — LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER A DECADE *2025-05-28* All of the Lorna Jane products I have ever owned have been the best quality and stood the test of time! Stylish, reliable, comfortable. The sports bras are actually supportive (as a breastfeeding runner I need the girls secured) and the tights don’t slide down (my biggest pet peeve!) I have been using LJ for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. When I entered the code, it was incorrect and failed to work. Every time I go to add my address in New Zealand, when I select the country as New Zealand, the app crashes. So, New Zealand residence cannot buy items off of this app and have them mailed to them.
