Great app, thanks a lot for creating it! 🙌
One thing that’s really missing though is the ability to edit the text after transcription. Sometimes you just need to fix a word, add something, or cut out extra parts before using it.
Hope you’ll add this in the next update — that would make the app perfect! ✨

**Developer response:** 🏠 1. Opening the Main Screen
When you launch the app, the first thing you'll see is the main screen.
It shows a list of your recent recordings in a clean, organized layout.
- Just tap once on any recording to open its detailed view.

📄 2. Tap the Document Icon
At the top of the detailed view, you'll find a document icon.
Tapping this will display the transcription divided into segments.
- What’s a segment? It’s a portion of the recording split by sentence or meaning, making it easier to review and edit.

✏️ 3. Editing Segments
Each segment has an edit button (pencil icon) in the top right corner.
- Tap this button to freely modify the text in that segment.
- You can fix typos, add or remove words, and adjust the phrasing however you like.

This segment-based editing makes it easy to fine-tune your transcription just the way you want.

I’ve been using other apps that describe their transcription methods far more vaguely. LoroNote is honestly the first that has on device transcription at least that I’ve found. Sometimes privacy does truly matter especially given the nature of transcription services this is where this app truly excells.

대부분의 음성 메모 앱은 클라우드 처리라 개인정보가 유출될까봐 걱정이
드는데 마침내 충족하는 앱이 나왔습니다. 로컬이라 정확도 떨어지는 부분 전혀 없고 오히려 더 정확합니다.이런 앱 출시해줘서 감사합니다.

말씀 주신 증상은 현재 저희가 처음 확인한 사례라, 정확한 원인 파악과 복구 가능 여부를 바로 확인해드리겠습니다.

번거로우시겠지만 앱 내 피드백 메일 또는 support@richsoft.app 로 아래 정보를 보내주시면 우선순위로 대응하겠습니다.
	•	기기 모델 / iOS 버전 
	•	“파일이 사라진 화면” 스크린샷(가능하면)

가능하면 앱 강제 종료 후 재실행, Wi-Fi 연결 상태에서 1~2분 정도 앱을 켜둔 뒤 다시 확인도 부탁드립니다.

For what is essentially the same as every free Whisper-based transcribing app, it’s sad to see the dev team for this offer free lifetime membership but then pull the rug when creating in app purchases. Buyer beware

**Developer response:** Hi — thanks for your review.
Just to clarify: we did not remove lifetime access for users who already had it (especially those on v1.9 or earlier). If you previously had lifetime access, it’s still valid under the same Apple ID.

Restoration was available on the paywall via the “Restore Purchases” button, but many users couldn’t find it, which unfortunately made it look like access was taken away. To prevent this confusion, we urgently added automatic purchase restoration.

Please update to v3.0.4 and try again. If it restores correctly, I’d really appreciate a quick follow-up here. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us via the in-app Feedback button and we’ll help right away.

말씀해주신 “화자분리 시 앱이 꺼지는 문제”를 확인하기 위해 저희 쪽에서도 테스트를 진행하고 있으나, 현재까지는 동일한 문제가 재현되지 않고 있습니다.

정확한 원인 확인을 위해 가능하시다면 앱 내 피드백 메일로 아래 내용을 보내주실 수 있을까요?

* 문제가 모든 녹음 파일에서 발생하는지, 특정 파일에서만 발생하는지
* 문제가 발생한 녹음 파일의 길이
* 녹음 언어
* 화자 수
* 직접 녹음한 파일인지, 가져온 파일인지
* 화자분리를 누른 직후 꺼지는지, 처리 중간에 꺼지는지
* 같은 파일에서 반복적으로 발생하는지

앱 내 피드백으로 보내주시면 기기 정보와 앱 버전이 함께 전달되어 문제를 확인하는 데 큰 도움이 됩니다.

녹음을 1번 할때는 전사를 하든 안하든 문제가 없는데 전사를 마치기전에 바로 다음 것을 녹음하면 녹음파일이 저장이 안되서 낭패를 보게 됩니다 시간이 걸려도 한녹음이 끝나면 전사를 하고 다음 또 녹음 해야 해요.  따라서 강사가 여러명일경우 한번에 전시간 모두 녹음을 하던지 아니라면 이 앱은 사용이
어려울것 같아요 ㅠㅠ. 세미나장에서 별도로 녹음했다가 모두 녹음이 안되었어요

**Developer response:** 말씀해주신 현상은 여러 차례 테스트를 진행했으나 현재까지 동일한 문제가 재현되지 않았습니다.
백그라운드 환경에서도 음성 데이터가 유실되지 않는 것을 확인하였으며,
필요하실 경우 우측 상단의 ‘…’ → ‘재전사’ 기능을 통해 정상적으로 전사를 진행하실 수 있습니다.

정확한 원인 확인을 위해,
문제가 발생한 시점의 녹음 길이, 화면 상태, 전사 진행 여부 등을
간단히 알려주시면 원인 파악에 큰 도움이 되겠습니다.

자동적으로 언어를 인식 하여 전사가 된다는 것이 매우 편리합니다 여호. 이러한 국어 섞어서 말해도 결국은 전자가 완료 되더라구요.

Really love the app superb quality wholly recommend top quality app. Like the new icon but would really like it in dark mode so it matches my theme so that I can take it out of a folder for more convenience. That’s my only issue.
