Horrible app! *2021-02-28* This app doesn’t work at all! It just keeps saying “connecting error”, though my internet is fine. It also locks up and freezes when trying to connect. I reported an issue yesterday - or I thought I did. Then I checked the status after I reported it and it didn’t show any reports. I tried to make a report again today and now it doesn’t even work. I can select the location and then it asks to select issue, but there are no options. Can’t get beyond that. Service request feature works, and the turnaround time on the requests is incredible. Apps like this are why I enjoy living in this county. ### 5/5 — Graffiti Cleaned Up Within a Day *2020-10-28* Impressed how easy it was to attach a photo, tag the location and get updates on it all. Well done LA County Works Dept. ### 5/5 — Shockingly effective *2016-02-29* When you think of anything run by the government, efficiency and expedience are not adjectives that immediately come to mind. Which is why this app is such a pleasant surprise. I've used this app to report graffiti and road sign damage at least a half a dozen times around my house and am pleased to report that someone really is listening and taking action on the other side. You get a confirmation of your report in email and someone calls you within a couple days. Every report I've submitted has been fixed to my satisfaction within a week. The one bad thing is the app name - The Works. Here’s the thing - if you have a lot of apps, remember the name or you will not find it!
