Not by section. Not by title. Not by keywords. This is stupid and ineffective. Additionally, when I don’t receive the physical paper and I call to report a delivery problem, I’m informed that I can access the paper online or through the app. Clearly they don’t know that is not an efficient solution. Technology can be a blessing and a curse. Amazing that this newspaper can even compete within it’s own group if the digital and e-editions are this poorly designed and maintained. It just takes way too much effort to move around in this poorly imagined format. I like getting notifications when something happens. And you can choose to get them or not. Top stories show when you open the app. I like that I can get national news as well as local news.
