Looks like it could be a very nice app but should charge the 3.99 up front. Can’t read a sentence or look at a picture without the pop-up wanting money. **Developer response:** Thank you very much and we are sorry the hear that. It is only 1 payment to unlock the content. The reason behind this is for travelers to be able to enjoy everything in an offline mode without paying for roaming charges while they travel. Even being able to use geolocalization capabilities such as GPS or Augmented Reality without being connected to your cell phone provider. No joy on any of them! It refuses to open on any of them. An absolute waste of money - and my time, loading, deleting and reloading in increasing desperation. How can an Ap that takes your money in such an unscrupulous way continue to be sold - hang on, part of it centres on Las Vegas where a punt or a gamble is part of the scene, but I was hoping the ap would help me avoid the worst of the bets and guide me to the safer bets. No chance with this - you are on a certain loser.
