The Lo’s Pharmacy app works with the majority of NHS GPs. All of your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP. (This doesn't guarantee your GP will issue a prescription.) Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app? A: You can still order from your GP; the difference is now that your pharmacy, via our app, will tell you when your medication is ready to collect or be delivered, and resolve any issues on your behalf with your GP.
