## What is Lose Weight?

There is a fat mom in our brand new game. She had a baby several months ago. Now she is very fat and today when she weighs, she finds that she has already been 70kgs. It is very terrible for her and she decided to lose weight as soon as possible. I know you girls has rich knowledge of being a slimmer. So come to join this game and be this mother’s fitness coach. Firstly, you can let this mother do some simple squats and lunges actions for several times. This will be very useful for her to start lose weight. After that let her drink some water and weigh again. You will find that she has lose about 6kg. Now she is 64kgs. Give her some encouragement by clapping with her. Next step you can let her ride bicycles and run on the running machine. After the heavy physical training, please also let her drink some water. In the following step, you can let her have rope skipping and train her arms by using dumbbells. At last this mother will exercise weight lifting and boxing. This will help her lose weight deeply. When the training is over, you will find that her weight is 49kgs. She is very slim now.
