I like the books but your app will not play! I should be able to listen to this app and it will not play! Fix it please

There are random characters, especially numbers that do  not make grammatical sense. The ads are such that a person who studies the Bible would find offensive. I’m of the opinion that speech to text was used. It is obvious a grammar check was not used.
