This one obviously makes impossible games so you will buy hints or skips. The thing is I would buy this game outright to play regular fun challenging games like the first games had. It just keeps showing “No ads available”, And if you can’t solve the puzzles, you can not move forward. I love these games but I am stumped. There was one mini-game I spent aggggeeees on and still couldn’t get it—challenging in all the wrong ways as it was repetitive and dull. Deleted it soon after. Shame. ### 1/5 — Yet another glitchy game *2024-09-21* This is the second time I’ve hit a brick wall with one of these Lost Lands games. I get to a point and the object that I need to proceed is not there. I check with online sources about where things are and the object simply isn’t there or anywhere that I can find it. I started over once before with a different Lost Lands game but I really don’t feel like it this time. I’ll just delete the game. ### 1/5 — Analogy *2024-09-06, version 1.1.0* Go to Bristol and collect a key. Go to Aberdeen to use the key on a box. Collect the contents of the box. Go to Cardiff to exchange the contents of the box for a key. Go to Bristol to use the key. Lots of the game is fun, going from scene to scene to find various items to get to the next step. But I got to the place in this game where I was supposed to grind up brains, add some things to it, etc. That type thing is totally unacceptable in my book. I can’t even begin to tell you how depraved some of the things that these games require the players to do. WHY, for crying out loud?? There is NO reason for satanic, wicked, vile, evil, immoral, things in these games that draw young people to play them. Those of you that think up these things, will be held responsible. There has to be some games, somewhere that are fun, entertaining and a challenge to finish, that do not have the evil intertwined into the story line. I deleted the game. ### 1/5 — Why do I keep playing these? *2023-12-14* I guess I thought the 4th game would surely improve on its previous flaws, but nope: the illustrations are terrible which makes it hard to identify any item or areas of interest, the puzzles are far from intuitive, and everything is too spread out! You could be five worlds away and finally find an item you needed on the first screen. I could go on. It's essentially a pay-to-play game when you need all the hints you can get but they give you only two before you need "coins." FiveBN games are just top tier. No unwanted ads. Engaging story. Creative world building. Tricky but not stupid hard. My new obsession honestly. Would 10/10 recommend if you love adventure games ### 5/5 — More Fun in the Lost Lands! *2026-04-07* Another great Lost Lands game from Five-BN Games! Nice storyline with challenging puzzles. I enjoyed the hidden object puzzles (HOP) - you don’t just find a list of objects, but you use the objects you find to help you access more objects, which gives a feeling of purpose to the HOP searching. I found some of the pop-up puzzles much harder than previous Lost Lands games. The harder games were a little frustrating for me, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed this game. TIP: I highly recommend taking notes about each room to help you keep track of what items were needed & where because this is a delightfully long game with lots of areas. When you find a needed item, you can search your notes to help you remember where it was needed - otherwise, you may have to research rooms to figure out where to bring the things you find. The one thing that I HATED about this game was all the “hidden collection” items throughout the game which REQUIRED A LOT OF RANDOM CLICKING if you wanted to find them all. Google claims that the in-game map is supposed to show which areas still have hidden items - I’m using an iPad, and my in-game map game gave me no indication of which areas still had hidden items. These hidden items are just extras, not necessary to complete the game, so my advice is to just skip them. However, you do need to find them if you want to play the extra mini-games and puzzles after you finish the main game and bonus game. This is the first Lost Lands game that I actually bothered to find all the “hidden collection” items. The extra puzzles & mini-games were ok, but not worth the torture of having to search for all those hidden items. I will not bother in future Lost Lands games - the random clicking was just too aggravating for me. ### 5/5 — Challenging and enjoyable *2026-03-30, version 1.1.0* Love the Lost Lands Series ### 5/5 — Small bug *2026-03-11* Always good, I’ve played all of the games from this publisher and they are fun and challenging. There is a bug in the game though. When you are 35% through the bonus chapter you have to draw symbols using dots and after I draw the first symbol it turns read but doesn’t progress to let me try to second symbol. It’s so addictive! *2026-01-21* You’ll find yourself losing hours at a time because you’ll be fully absorbed! Reminiscent of LOTR meets Harry Potter with fabulous artistic detail and interesting puzzles and storylines. And it’s totally Free with no ads! Even if you do buy coins the bundles are reasonable but you won’t need them! Occasionally you’ll get stuck and you can watch a quick ad whilst you make a cuppa and get a coin to buy a clue. Trust me it’s. Trust me these games are thoroughly enjoyable and will get your brain cells buzzing!
