But in the case of this app I am at a loss , because everything from the graphics , the storyline , the animations , everything is just fantastically superb and I am not sure what more that you guys can improve on ! In case you haven’t figured it out yet , I am quite , or rather very very happy with your magnificent , absolutely stupendous app !! All I can add is thank you so very much for all your hard work and all the effort and time that you put into this app for my enjoyment , again great 👍 work and thank you ! I’ve tried 6 times in a row because energy let me do this only per 6 times and guess what? I couldn't catch this last item. We have quest to finish this collection and you can’t finish quest because you can’t finish collection because you can’t find missing item trying million times by the way!!!!!! ### 1/5 — So disappointing! *2017-11-08, version 1.2.5* The in-app purchases don’t always work. Money is taken for purchase of diamonds or “treasure trove”, but not downloaded into game. This must have happened four or five times. You have to dispute with iTunes who refunds within 10days, but developer does nothing to correct problem. Still waiting on last dispute refund. Game is addictive to mahjong lovers but not worth the troubles. Waiting for updates...... ### 2/5 — fun but needs improvement *2024-07-26* this is way better than those “crush” games. i find those candy crush games annoying. i can’t stand when you get stuck on a level. its a game. it’s supposed to be fun. most of the time i’m about to smash my tablet because it’s so frustrating. this mahjong trail type game is so refreshing. there are few different other games to play. and with the minimal energy they give you ensures your not playing the game endlessly until 4am. it could use one change though. when you match two tiles there is this totally awful sound the game makes. it’s as bad as nails on a chalkboard 😩😠 it’s horrible!!!! and if you turn the volume down on that feature it lowers the sound on a bunch of things. i like having the volume up. the music is nice. but that gad awful shrill of the two tiles connecting is utterly brutal. PLEASE FIX THIS it ruins the game. another thing that stinks is the side quests they give you. if you get the needed items collected you get rewards. however, it won’t collect the required arrows. it’s been months and the pop up comes up and says i made progress but there’s never any arrow even tho i get arrow rewards. i spent over 40000 coins on buying the ogres and bores and it will only show 1 arrow off the ten required. i close the window open it up again and the arrow is at zero. ITS NOT COLLECTING THE ARROWS! ! i’m getting real pissy about it. i can’t get any new tasks and i can’t get rid of this one task... i’m stuck with only the timed task. and those are practically impossible too. ### 2/5 — Ok at first but errors and problems become a bigger deal as you progress *2022-01-15, version 1.2.5* There are some good things with this game. I really like how well the energy numbers GS the level numbers vs resources are all interwoven. You need a different amount of each to keep playing and progressing. I would like the coins to be more utilized. I hardly ever used my coins. As you get to higher levels in each location it starts to cost more energy to play the game you also receive more items when you complete the game. The amount gets so high that you wouldn’t be able to play many games if you don’t have the amulet that increases energy production. As you progress in the game and more things are released at each location, the harder it is to get some of the items for specific collections at a location. And the cost is greater for each game. So fewer games can be played. These 2 things make it more frustrating as you go further in the game to put together all the components needed to exchange for a collection. My game keeps experiencing a glitch with the energy production amulet. I have constructed the 3 buildings that reduced my over all energy production rate by 30 seconds so that energy is produced every 1:46 (1 min 46 seconds) instead of the original 2:15 (2 min 15 seconds). When I use the energy production amulet the time should be half of what it is (53 seconds). The game will be producing energy correctly and then switch to renew every 1:09. This is a big change. In 24 hours at a rate of 53 seconds, energy production would create 1630 points. But at 1:09 the amount of energy that would be produced would be 1252. In 24 hours the glitch would cost me 378 energy points. And there doesn’t seem to be any way to reset it. Another thing that really started to be a bigger deal the further in the game I went. When I play a game the production in the buildings stop. For example the magic academy building which creates something every 24 hours. If I end up playing 6 games and each game took the whole time (10 mins) then during the game time the timer on the magic academy would be stopped. So it would end up being 25 hours until the next drop. I have the energy production building which gives me 10 energy points every hour. The time stops on this while I am playing any of the games. This is a bigger deal the further I progress and the more energy points I have to play with. The mahjong games at each location don’t change. It starts to get really repetitive and boring the more you play each location. The games for one location are different that at another location. Game 1 at the farm is always the same but it’s different than the game 1 at the stone quarry and is different than say game 5 at the farm. It makes it easy to memorized a pattern at each location and always play that game at that location.
