## What is Lost Pages?

A new kind of deckbuilding roguelike.

In Lost Pages, you don't draw cards. You draw elements.

Instead of drawing cards randomly, spells require elemental resources such as Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. Every turn, elements are drawn from the pool created by your deck, creating a completely new strategic system.

This unique mechanic was recognized for its originality at the Google Indie Game Festival.

Draw Elements, Not Cards

Each spell requires elemental costs.

Your deck determines the element pool, and every turn you draw elements randomly from that pool. Managing your elements and planning your turns becomes the core strategy.

最初のステージを1周終えた時点での感想ですが、探り探りでプレイしていたのもあり5層クリアまでとにかく時間かかりました。
内容としては強化要素のあるslay the spireといった感じだと思います。カードゲーム界の頂点に立つスレスパと比較しても、独自のコストシステムなどもあり下位互換とは絶対に言えないほど面白いゲームに仕上がっていると感じました。スレスパには無いルーンや初期基礎ステータスの強化要素などもあり、ルーンの組み合わせを変えたりステータスを増やしてから強ステージに挑むといった楽しみ方もできます。
ストーリーや世界観も凝っているようですが翻訳がうまくいっていないところが多いのでそこは頑張っていただきたいです。
不満点は1プレイに長い時間がかかること(こちらは人による)とカードの効果がパッと見で分かりづらいことなどです。
スレスパ等のデッキ構築ゲームが好きな人や、時間がある人にはおすすめです。自分も飽きるまでちょこちょこプレイしていこうと思います。
直近のアップデート履歴を見る限り高頻度で不具合の修正などしてくれているみたいなので今後の期待を込めて⭐︎5をつけさせていただきます
