I don’t know if any one else had to, but i had to pay for the rest of the story. I couldn’t get the character to jump and move at the same time on the second page. I love the author’s personality as how she puts her experiences in the journal as she writes this story. The reason why I didn’t put five stars is because I have to pay for the final six chapters, so I don’t know 100% how the story goes or if it will be any good from what I played so far I want to buy at once I can’t afford it, but until then I’m gonna have to leave it with here. Even on an iPad the game pieces are so small that you need a magnifying glass to see well enough to play. And the controls are spastic. You swipe left - right to walk or run and then hit on right corner thingy to jump. But it doesn’t work. And then it does. And then it doesn’t. And this goes on until you throw your iPad across the room in frustration, yelling at that lil fairy in the game as it sails. I am a 65 year old retired lady with lots of time on my hands. I deleted this one in 15 minutes. ### 1/5 — I have not played this game yet and I already hate it *2023-09-22* I've tried to download it, but I waited for 5 days, 5 whole days, for it to install. It is not working at all. I tried deleting it so I could restart the downloading process. It refused to be deleted. I then tried to move the application to the trash on my mac's desktop. The application became fainter and fainter until I cannot see it, but it is using up my storage and the app store shows it as it is still downloading. I am so mad. If you want to find a game you want to play on a computer, do not download this. This game is well worth the cost to buy the full game (basically a cup of coffee) those who didn’t dish out the dough were seriously missing out on the whole point of the game. WARNING: You WILL cry. I think a lot of the negative reviews about the controls were user error. I found myself lost in this world & Grace’s journal. I don’t think I’ve ever cried over a game yet I teared up with this one including the credits where I discovered this was made in memory of the developers father Terry who showed him the importance of grandmothers ❤️ I was extremely close to mine which is what also made this game so memorable.
