Setup was extremely simple: Venue Admins — just go to the Employee tab on your Venue Admin page on LostAndFound.com and enter your staff to download the app.

The app is clean and easy to use, with all content exclusive to our venue, making searching and reporting fast and focused.

We can quickly log a patron’s lost item or send them our venue page link so they can report it themselves; allowing them to monitor found items directly, which saves us a lot of time.

Found item reporting is also very efficient — the AI photo feature automatically fills in details, making submissions quick and accurate.

Overall, this app turns a complicated process into something simple, fast, and organized for both staff and guests.
