Poland is Europe’s bridge between East and West with numerous connections by road or rail and sea. There is so much to see and do in Poland. The best way to get to Poland is by LOT the cabin crew are professional and friendly and the Pilots I think are the best and safest in the world. You won’t be disappointed. ### 4/5 — Terrible app *2026-05-23, version 2.6.2* The app errors out when attempting to add electronic boarding pass to the Apple wallet. The app wouldn’t let me pre pay for bags, resulting in nearly double charge for bags at the airport. The app would not let me pick up seats without collecting money for the privilege of picking my seats. As a result the app assigned seats randomly and split me and my daughter and seated us away from each other, even though we were on the same reservation. It’s impossible to contact customer service to fix any errors. The highlight so far: a pop-up sternly informing me that two-factor authentication will be enforced starting on NULL. Not a date. The word NULL. Apparently the original deadline passed without 2FA actually being implementable, so rather than fix it, they shipped a reminder with a missing variable where the date should be. The app itself is less an airline app and more a loosely themed collection of things you cannot do. Your profile supports exactly one phone number and one loyalty program number — a design philosophy that assumes you are a very simple person living a very simple life. Frequent flyer with two programs? Traveler with a work and personal number? Congratulations, you get to pick your favorite. I genuinely cannot tell if this is actively maintained or if it’s running on a server in a basement that everyone’s too afraid to touch. One star because zero isn’t an option, and because I have a flight to catch and apparently no way to prepare for it with any dignity. Used to be slow, most of the times website didn’t work, you could never reach customer service and when you did they were extremely rood. Even when my elderly mom didn’t understand polish, they used to raise her voice at her in the airport. I feel that lately customer service is better trained, even if they are unavailable eventually you are able to get a response via WhatsApp. Because of how unprofessional agents and the airlines were, we travelled with Lufthansa for a few years. Even if that meant paying extra for the ticket. We don’t want to deal with LOT. I’m glad we have the airline another chance because everything is way better. Lots of progress. So we will continue to fly LOT due to this huge improvement. Thank you.
