## What is LotHours?

LotHours is the workforce platform built for car dealerships. Clock in and out automatically when you arrive at the lot, see your shift hours and pay in real time, and stay in sync with your team without sharing personal phone numbers.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Automatic clock-in and clock-out based on lot geofence
• Live shift hours, breaks, and overtime tracking on your home screen
• Timesheet with daily and weekly hours, pay-period totals
• Internal team chat — text, photos, and read receipts
• Push notifications for new messages and clock reminders

FOR MANAGERS
• Live view of who is on the lot, on break, or off-shift
• Manage employees, sites, and pay rates from the web admin
• Customer SMS proxy keeps employee numbers private
• Pay-period exports for ADP, Gusto, Paychex, QuickBooks, Rippling, Square

LOCATION & PRIVACY
LotHours uses your location only to detect arrival and departure at your dealership's lot — never for continuous tracking. Only your managers see your clock events, and your personal phone number is never shared with customers.

• More reliable automatic clock in and clock out. LotHours keeps working even after your phone restarts the app in the background, so arriving at or leaving the lot records your time on time.
• Fixed a case where a clock in or out could be missed or recorded hours late.
• The Today screen now updates instantly when you are clocked in or out automatically.
• Better handling of weak GPS indoors and spotty connections, with clearer notifications.
