## What is Lots?

Lots is where drum corps lives between rehearsals. Journal your tour, see who's at every show, and follow the corps you love.

Lots is a private journal for marching members and a public window into the activity for everyone else. Members keep a year-round journal. Camp weeks, auditions, rehearsal blocks, tour, and the long off-season build, and choose what to share. Family, friends, and fans browse the public feed without an account.

The app's philosophy is celebration, not critique. The feed is intentionally calm. Likes and short comments from verified members only, no algorithm, no rivalries, no rage-bait.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-29

Your corps, all season — now with the whole story.

  • Placement & scores by year — open any corps page and tap "Placement & scores by year" to see how they've finished every season, then dive into a year for its show-by-show scores and full General Effect / Visual / Music caption breakdowns.
  • Immersive corps pages — corps with a highlight reel now open with a full-screen, silent looping video that fades away as you scroll.
  • Season Wrap now opens on the first tap, with a loading indicator while it gets ready.
  • Sharper corps logos, plus reliability and polish throughout.

### 1.2.9 — 2026-07-29

Your marcher page just got a refresh. A cleaner identity header, a floating photo gallery you can show as bubbles or a grid, a share card to send your page anywhere, and a redesigned Follow that makes it clear who you're keeping up with. Plus a lighter, faster profile and dozens of small fixes across events, standings, and the journal.

### 1.2.7 — 2026-07-19

• Tap your profile photo to see it full-screen. On your own profile, a tap also lets you jump straight to changing it.
• Crop your cover photo — reframe your profile background with drag-and-zoom before it goes up.
• Judge breakdowns — open a caption on Standings and expand any corps to see its sub-caption scores and tap through to the judges behind them.
• Smarter score timing — a clearer "Scores in" countdown while a show is live, honest updates when a recap runs late, and results that appear the moment they post.
• Intermissions in the lineup — show schedules now list breaks right where they happen.
• Faster full-screen photos in the stories viewer, plus polish across events, standings, and the feed.

### 1.2.6 — 2026-07-18

• Meet the judges — search the judges who score the activity, then tap any judge on a show's caption breakdown to see how they tend to score relative to the rest of the panel, plus their history with a corps.
• Caption leaders — a new Caption view in Standings shows who's leading General Effect, Visual, and Music in each class.
• Cancellations you won't miss — if a show gets called off, it now stays on your schedule clearly marked, instead of quietly disappearing.
• Honest results — shows that never post a score now say so, instead of waiting on "Scores coming soon" forever.
• Home screen widgets — start a journal entry, glance at the next few days of shows, or check the latest standings without opening the app.
• A smoother loading animation and polish across the composer and schedule.

### 1.2.5 — 2026-07-12

• Video comes alive up top. Video posts now play right in the corps row and the stories view, so the lot moves before you even tap in.
• Scores, sooner. On competition nights, results roll in faster.
• A calmer notifications bell, plus polish and steadiness all season.
