## What is LotsDots?

LotsDots helps you keep notes, grow ideas, and become a better thinker.

LotsDots has a minimal and immersive user interface: a simple big canvas where you can lay down dots, a mini map for quick overview. You can navigate a graph by panning, or tap on the mini map. Graphs are displayed exactly the same on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. As you move the dots, you will find that connected dots attract each other, while unrelated dots repel each other.

LotsDots can be used for mind mapping, brain storming, writing. You can export the collective texts of a subgraph as a draft which you can continue to polish with other word processors.

LotsDots can be used offline, with iCloud sync.

I have never gone out if my way to leave a review on something random like this, but this is a really special application if you’re the right type of user to appreciate it.

This sounds dramatic, but I believe many elements of the user experience design (cannot think of a better term for now) of LotsDots are subtlety unique, and innovative. This is a thoughtful project, with thoughtful design, and I believe the it’s author expects users to use and benefit from the tool in entirely different ways than their own. That is seriously cool. 

Yes it’s expensive, but I encourage anyone who walks around with dangling threads between their ears and a spare $5 to try it out. Frankly put, LotsDots makes me more confident to reason and write about things that matter.

I support new ideas and thats why I tried this. But I was very very disappointed. This product doers not have the basic stuff -- creating file system, renasming, creasting connections, finding help... or it's so dumb that I can't find it myself. 

This app is not complete. I am surprised the Apple can approve them.

Hope the develops take a note. The application has some very nice mental model, but requires them to pay some attantion.
