The announcement of joining the lottery was even made going on a year ago. So, it’s not like there hasn’t been time to update these apps for which I am referring to. Anyways, until it’s updated I will not be using it. Actually, I can’t use this particular one cause I can get past the “Select Your State” page. This is not the only app neither.
