I tried and failed over the years to find exercise I enjoyed and did regularly until I found the LMP app. This was after a serious ankle injury that required multiple surgeries. Using LMP I came out the other side stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I am such a convert I bought an annual subscription for my aunt who uses the classes design for those with osteoporosis. There is such a range of styles, teachers and class length, including an excellent series for beginners, there is something for every body.
