This is not a gambling App, it used solely to select numbers (wheels) to play at your local lottery shop or online with third party apps.

A Full Wheel includes all combinations that can be generated from a set of numbers a player picks. It is designed for the players who wish to obtain maximum coverage of numbers. If all of lottery winning numbers are in the group a player selects, he will win the lottery jackpot as well as additional prizes. If he only has some of the winning numbers in his set, he will be guaranteed to have multiple prizes.

Lotto Wheels is an Abbreviated Wheeling System

An Abbreviated Wheel is an economical alternative for a Full wheel. Although it won't include all possible combinations of the chosen numbers, it will guarantee at least one winning ticket if a certain amount of numbers drawn fall within the wheeled number set.

The dev is a total fraud they keep making the new version as a new app and charge money over and over.
Already paid for this app and now they didn’t update the previous app to make it compatible but instead launched a new app and now asking for money again.

Useless app if it won’t save the lotteries you create

good app. Just need a pick 10 lottery wheel, and need to add power numbers. 

Also app is not saving the created games at the moment. Have to keep creating the game everytime I go into the app.

Already paid for this app previously, now you want even more than before with in-app purchase just for a 64bit compatibility update? Just to give features back that you removed from the original app to make everyone pay twice? No thanks, be fair and don’t take features away then charge for them again. Not getting my money for this shady practice. If you remove in-app purchases and allow the update to be fully free for existing buyers, or make it a fairer in-app price I’ll consider a better review and more stars.
