I have been trying to open this app for the past 7 days and it won’t open. It will show the logo but does nothing else!  I’ve deleted the app cleared my cache, did a hard reset made sure my iPhone 13 has the latest version, then re-downloaded the app tried to open it but the same thing. App will NOT open!

**Developer response:** Sorry about the trouble you’ve had opening LottoRead! We recently released an update that fixes a crash affecting some iPhone models. Please update to the latest version from the App Store and try again. If the issue continues, feel free to reach out - we’ll be glad to help.

Kept trying to scan a ticket and a string of non-dismissible ads came up.  Waste of time

The scan feature should work reliably; the ads you saw help keep LottoRead free for everyone. We’re actively working on a “Premium” subscription that will let you remove ads entirely. In the meantime, could you try closing and reopening the app, then granting camera permissions when prompted? If you still hit the same problem, please email us at support@lottoread.com or DM us here so we can walk you through it (and get it fixed for you). Thanks for giving us a shot and for your patience!

Every time I try to open the app it won’t open! I have uninstall it and reinstall it in order for it to work!! It’s horrible!!

Update: after deleting and reinstalling the app, it opens again. 
Newest iOs on iPhone 15 pro. Start screen comes up and then the app closes right away without fully opening.
